Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. To accommodate your needs and those of our other clients, we kindly request a minimum of 12 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another client who may be waiting. For cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 12 hours before your appointment, a fee may be applicable. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting our policy. Thank you for choosing us for your hair care needs.
